SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Parlay Jewelry. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Orders are typically processed and shipped everyday. Orders placed by 4:00PM Pacific time will most likely be shipped that same day.

Free domestic shipping with USPS First Class Mail is included and, on average, takes 2-5 business days. If you'd like to receive your items sooner, we offer the following shipping options for an additional fee, both of which can be found at the time of checkout:

• USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days on average
• USPS Priority Express Mail: Overnight to one business day
The cost for the above referenced shipping methods vary and will be calculated at checkout.
International shipping costs are paid for by the buyer, via the following:
• UPS Worldwide Expedited: 3-7 business days on average
• Canada UPS Worldwide Expedited: 3-5 business days on average

Parlay Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

RETURN POLICY
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We’re always happy to help and want all our customers satisfied.

Returns are accepted; however, in order to keep prices as low as possible, return shipping will be at the buyer's expense and a small restock fee applies if items are not shipped back within 7 days of delivery. For items shipped back 8-14 days late, there is a restock fee equal to 15% of the item price. For items shipped back within 15-21 days late, the restock fee is equal to 30% of the item price. An extra 15% is added for each week after the initial 7 day return window.

Contact us with notice of return. All returns must be fully insured and tracking must be provided. ​

Layaway and custom items are not eligible for return or refund.
